Tourism Marketing & Administration Co-ordinator
(part-time on contract basis) - ideally with tourism experience.

We are looking for a Tourism Marketing & Administration Co-Ordinator who will actively assist us in administering our business and help us with the many office and other tasks that are required for our continued and successful operation.

You will be able to take over and competently fulfill various administration duties, such as to ensure our office is organised properly, our booking system runs smoothly, as well as filing, research and many other office tasks.

In addition, some hands-on tasks such as preparation for and pack-down after tours is an interesting addition to daily duties, so you can get a great understanding of how our business works. An additional reward can be the opportunity to help out on our tours, which are of a very high quality and are some of the most interesting tours on offer in New Zealand.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral English language skills are very important to us. Also a good understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is necessary for this position with us, as well as a good understanding of Social Media if possible. Also some book-keeping is required to keep our accounts up to date and to make it easy to work in with our Accountants. We are looking for an individual who is willing and able to work part-time as required and details of this can be discussed in person.

Since we operate in a very dynamic industry, a degree of flexibility is required to ensure we always give our clients a wonderful experience in New Zealand. While we can teach the right person details of the job such as booking system and how our website works, we do expect as a most basic requirement of all our team that they are very friendly and passionate about what we do, i.e. to give our guests "The TIME of your life!" here in Auckland!
